AB (Antwerpse Bouwwerken), which is part of the Group Eiffage, is a proud contractor that owed it to itself to have its new HQ built with the material it knows like no other: concrete. How to give concrete more of YUGENING's human-centric characteristics, was something we gladly committed to.

This intrinsically ‘cold’ building material became a functional carrier cool or warm thermic comfort thanks to a combo of geothermic heat exchange and core activation, making even the hottest city summer days a breeze without so much as a draft, to name one thing. 

The lush courtyard keeps the city noise and buzz out there, while luring people outside as soon as the weather is willing. 

On any other day the courtyard facing windows invite the outside in, with noticeable effect on employee satisfaction.
