On the former grounds of the Splichal printing facilities - a site that suffered major historical benzene contamination, YUGENING Architecture presented the local community a clean slate to start a new chapter on. Both literally and figuratively speaking.
Ground-floor houses, maisonettes, studios, urban villas, lofts and apartments are intelligently placed as if they were letters and words in a full sentence. The story they write is one of sense of community, openness and liveliness.
