A former industrial site, adjacent to a clothing department store, was transformed into an SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise) site. This transformation included the creation of a high-quality, green outdoor space that seamlessly integrates with the redesigned parking area of the store, forming a permeable and legible whole. The new SME units, with a total floor area of 11,000 square meters, were equipped with high-quality facade accents and generous facade openings to foster a vibrant interaction with the surroundings. The material palette was intentionally kept sober, allowing the existing greenery to shine in all its glory.
